Fractoolbox (Package)

Python tools for structural geology, borehole analysis, and geomechanics. Finalist in the 2021 New Zealand Open Source awards.
Borehole Image Analysis with Python (Training Course)

A course that gives geoscientists control over the data interpreted from borehole images and the tools to create plots that generate insight. Leverages methods found in Fractoolbox. Contact me if you would like this course run in person or remote.
Power Density Web App (Tool)

Web application that calculates power density based on the method developed by Bill Cumming. The application also includes an interactive plot of global power density estimates. Made during a Software Underground Hackathon. Use the button below to launch the web application (it may take a minute to load) or this link to view the project on GitHub.
Introduction to Python for Science and Engineering (Training Course)

Training course that introduces scientists and engineers to python. Note that this course is designed for guided teaching (code-along) rather than self study.
Well Test Analysis with Python (Conference Tutorial)

Geothermal well testing tutorial developed in collaboration with Dr Katie McLean (Contact Energy), and live streamed for the Software Underground Unconference 2021. Provides an introduction to geothermal wells and completion testing, with temperature log analysis, injective index determination, and velocity analysis from spinner data.
